Yes. The refresher is open to anyone whose card expired within the last five years. Beyond five years you would need to retake the full units.
Yes. You tell Safe and Trained which units you want to renew when booking, and the course requalifies you in those units.
No. The refresher is theory only, which is why it can be run in a classroom on your premises.
You can take the refresher from six months before expiry. Booking early avoids a gap in qualification that would stop you working on the highway.
